With high-frequency measurements of 200 times per second, we can detect deviations in inner and outer diameter tolerances in advance, and any defective products are discarded during the manufacturing process, ensuring that no defective items reach our customers. (We have never received a complaint regarding inner and outer diameter tolerances in the past.) Focusing on our strengths in ultra-fine and ultra-thin products, you can use them with confidence for medical applications. With standard specifications of inner and outer diameter tolerances of ±0.03mm, they can accommodate tight product designs and compatibility with other materials. Although they are thin and narrow, they possess the unique mechanical strength of PEEK, making them resistant to kinking and excellent in pushability (insertion capability). As for our delivery record, they have been widely adopted as inner shafts for catheters and endoscopic instruments. ★ We are currently distributing PEEK tube samples with great enthusiasm.
